FREE Zumba Toning Class in December

On Monday, December 10th at 7:30 pm I will be offering a free Zumba toning class.  Zumba toning sticks will be provided as well. Since space and toning sticks are limited, you will need to sign up for the class. Please sign up using the form below. Once signed up, you will receive a confirmation email with the details on the class.

Zumba Toning has arrived!!

Zumba classes in Sycamore Creek now include Zumba toning.  What better way to get in shape than to add a little toning after working off those calories.  Zumba class followed by 15 minutes of toning using Zumba toning sticks, which are included. Click on the video to learn all about Zumba toning..

National Dance Day- Saturday, July 28th!

Zumba has partnered with the Dizzy Feet Foundation for National Dance day. There will be a flash mob at the Los Cerritos Shopping Center from 12 to 2 pm.  If you have never participated in a flash mob, I can tell you it is a lot of fun.  I was able to participate in one at the Nokia Center last March.  Myself and thousands of other Zumba enthusiasts had a lot of fun dancing to some new routines.

The routine chosen for this day is Crazy Love by Mara.  We will be doing this routine all month long in class.. Happy Dancing!

New time and New Location for June!

Beginning Thursday, May 31st Zumba Classes will change to a new location and time.  The new space will have air conditioning, there is plenty of parking, and bottled water will be provided. Classes will be held Monday and Thursday nights at 7:30 pm and Friday mornings at 9:30 am.

FREE Class when you bring a friend!

May is bring a friend month. Simply, bring a friend to any classes in May and your class is FREE!

*A NOTE FOR OUR CLIENTS: In order to receive one FREE CLASS, accompanying friend(s) must pay the 1st time drop in rate, or buy a 5 or 10 class card.

*A NOTE FOR OUR NEW CLIENTS: When you attend our class for the first time, both you and your accompanying friends(s) must pay the 1st time drop-in rate, or purchase a 5 or 10 class card to receive one FREE CLASS.

Zumbathon! 3 Instructors and a lot of sweating..

The Zumbathon Fundraiser is coming! Saturday, April 28 from 8:30 am to 10 am. Give yourself a fun and an exhilarating workout! $8 at the door. 100% of proceeds goes directly to Todd Elementary! Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Bring yourself, your friends and a bottle of water! :)
